January 28, 2005:   Following in the footsteps of Ryan, Jason, and Ian, I set up a blog - Non-Sensical. Check it out, I may have interesting thoughts on there. But not likely. Oh, and don't expect updates, you won't be dissapointed.

January 20, 2005:   Happy New Year everyone, hope you all had a great one. I wanted to share some free stuff with you. Sign up for a Free iPod or a Free Mac Mini. It's really easy. All you have to do is join, complete an online offer, and refer friends to do the same. That's it! Thanks!

August 31, 2004:   Well, another year has passed. I'm keeping busy with working at Target, working at Intermec, working at the Forest, and doing autocross events with the Iowa Region SCCA group on Sundays. Not much else going on, drop me a line and say hi.

November 7, 2003:   Hmm... Well, we had a great season at the Frightmare Forest this year. We close to doubled our attendance from last year, which puts us closer to our goul of being in a building in the coming years.
In other news, I've started working part time at Target, the extra money certainly helps. Also, I've dyed my hair again for the Halloween season, we'll see how long it lasts this time. :) Not much else going on, getting ready for the cold winter that lies ahead.

October 2, 2003:   Wow, been a while since I've had any news. Let's see what's been going on:
I've gone up to Jason's cabin a few times this summer, it's always a great time up there. Pictures to come later
Annie left for boot camp in June, we went to her graduation at Fort Jackson SC in September.
I got a 'new' car, it's a 1996 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport. Look for pictures and stuff to come shortly. I took it to an auto-x (aka autocross) on my birthday for my first time ever, I took 2nd in novice class, and was only .02 seconds behind the first place driver, who incidentally, was driving a Z06 Corvette. :)
Work has been ongoing at the Forest all summer. We open tomorrow, so this last week has been last minute preparations to make sure everything's running smooth.

April 28, 2003:    Today's a sad day for me. I sold my Talon today. With the house payment and everything, things were starting to get tight, so I had to do something. Too bad it came this, but I'm better off this way. :(

December 11, 2002:    Well, after 9 long months of living with my parents, I finally found a house to buy. I signed the final paperwork today, now begins the process of painting & moving. I added a web cam section to my site, you can see me and my living room when it's online & I'm around, or just my living room if I'm not.

February 21, 2002:    Well, the day draws closer to when we have to move from our place in North Liberty. The whole situation is pretty shitty, but I suppose it could be worse. For those that don't know, our landlord decided to sell all his rental property. He gave us first chance to buy it, I looked into it, but my monthly payment would have been outrageous. I just can't see tying myself up with a huge house payment at this stage in life. So now I am looking for a place that's a little more economical, and in the meantime, will probably end up moving back in with my parents. :(

September 11, 2001:    The world will never be the same. World Trade Center Twin Towers/Pentagon terrorist attacks shook the nation. We were walking across the street from getting a drink when Cindy called Ian and told him that two planes just crashed into the World Trade Center towers. This will be one of those moments that I will never forget, along with the night my aunt was killed by a drunk driver, the day the Challenger blew up, and the day the Gulf War started. I really hope we get the bastards that did this. I fear that things are going to get ugly in this nation towards people of Middle Eastern decent, which is wrong. Most of them are very patriotic towards America, this is their home now also. I work with a gentleman with a Middle Eastern heritage and he is one of the nicest people that I've ever met. I just hope that people don't go around blinded by hatred and prejudiced perpetrating acts of violence towards people because of their nationality.

June 18, 2001:    Not much going on... boring summer, not going anywhere.

May 27, 2001:    Passed my C class with flying colors, hope the rest are this easy.

March 27, 2001:    Ok, I finally got a slightly more recent picture of myself put up, you can see it here. 

March 13, 2001:    Bought myself a new bike, a Giant DS-2. Let's just hope I don't kill myself... :).

January 26, 2001:    Ian's brother finally gets to go home today.

January 9, 2001:    Hmm.... Interesting Christmas. Ian's brother was in a really bad car accident Christmas Eve and has been in the hospital since then. It's been pretty crazy around here, but he's gonna make it.

January 6, 2001:    Took Jenica to school in Ames... what a big day for her. Now I have another excuse to go to Ames, the other is Val and Trisha, the sweetest girls I know.

December 11, 2000:    Signed up for a Beginning C class at Kirkwood... should be very interesting.

November 7, 2000:    Check out my latest project, Dubuque-Sash-and-Door.com, my Christmas present to my Grandfather and his business.

November 5, 2000:    Went to the Limp Bizkit / Eminem concert in Moline, IL. It kicked ass!!! Wonderful show, can't wait for them to come back through.

October 30, 2000:    Hey Hey, Looky who got a new job. Yours truly started today at Intermec, and I am loving it.
